Tender description
Please note that the contract type (II.1.3) is actually Works (decommissioning of old unit and installation of new) as well as services (15 year maintenance agreement). The requirement is for the provision of a new combined heat and power (CHP) unit for Medina Leisure Centre and a subsequent service agreement. The contract will be in 2 phases: Phase 1: for the decommissioning of the existing CHP unit, and the supply and installation of a new CHP unit, and Phase 2: a maintenance contract for a period of up to 15 years. The Isle of Wight Council invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a new combined heat and power (CHP) unit for Medina Leisure Centre and a subsequent service agreement. This procurement follows the open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
