Complex Care Framework Supplier Event to be held 16 July 2019

South Tyneside Council and South Tyneside NHS Clinical Commissioning Group held a Supplier Engagement Event 16 July 2019 to seek feedback from suppliers to support the development of a Complex Care Provider Framework in South Tyneside. The aim of the Framework will be to ensure people who are eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding who have complex needs receive high quality and effective care in their own homes. This includes adults who are at end of life, have a learning disability and behaviour that challenges, mental illness, and neurological disorders. Attached is a copy of the slides from this event for information. We are keen to obtain as much feedback as possible and welcome any comments / suggestions for improvement you may have. Could you please send any comments through the NEPO Portal by 12 noon Friday 26 July 2019. Participation or non-participation in this Supplier Market Engagement event shall not prevent any supplier participating in any potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of this process shall place any supplier at an advantage in any potential procurement process. Participation in the market engagement process will be at each supplier's own cost. No expense in responding to this process will be reimbursed by the Council.
