Tender description
NWUPC has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of broadcast equipment and integration services. NWUPC is establishing the Framework Agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and Its Members (Other Contracting Bodies (OCB)). NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’) on behalf of members of NWUPC, NEUPC, LUPC, SUPC, HEPCW, APUC and CPC. Members referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement.The following organisations have committed to this procurement and intend to utilise the Framework Agreement as soon as possible after award: NWUPC https://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-members APUC http://www.apuc-scot.ac.uk/#!/members HEPCW http://www.hepcw.ac.uk/about-us-2/ LUPC https://www.lupc.ac.uk/member-list NEUPC http://www.neupc.ac.uk/our-members SUPC https://www.supc.ac.uk/about-us/our-members/our-members CPC https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php The NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, NEUPC, LUPC, SUPC, HEPCW, APUC and CPC for the provision of broadcast equipment and integration services. Lot 1: Supply — audio Equipment includes supply and delivery (excluding Integration), of a range of equipment, consumables and associated products including but is not limited to the following scope; Amplifiers, microphones, sound mixers, headphones, earphones, speakers, audio furniture (including custom made), cables and associated accessories. The scope will also include the provision for lease and hire of equipment (however these services will be on the suppliers terms unless otherwise stated by a member institution). These products will be utilised in but not limited to the following areas; broadcast, theatre and other studio and recording environments for television, film, radio, theatre, music and associated media services environments. This list is not exhaustive.
