Invitation to participate for the provision of a lead consultant/architect for the Lincoln Court Estate New Homes Project. Invitation to participate for the provision of a lead consultant/architect for the Lincoln Court Estate New Homes Project. The lead consultant/architect will provide: — RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) and RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) information, including an option appraisal/bid scheme review and justification for the development site, — a RIBA Stage 3 developed design for the new build residential buildings and the public realm, — all documents and information required for the submission of a full planning application for the proposed development, — additional detailed drawings, schedules, specifications and reports to RIBA Stage 3+ for inclusion in the contractor’s tender pack, — management of the sub-consultant design team, — support to the consultation process, including input development of the consultation strategy, provision of materials and attendance at events. This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called pro contract. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the documentation and complete a selection questionnaire.
