755JR: Contract for the Provision of TV Advertising Space across East Sussex

Background and Context We are delivering a stop smoking campaign in the East Sussex area, primarily this will take the form of a TV campaign to motivate smokers to quit and increase the number of smokers using the Stop Smoking Services in East Sussex, using a non-linear format. Service Delivery / Product Requirement The supplier will provide TV media advertising space using a non-linear format of a 30 second TV advert across East Sussex. The advert is a stop smoking advert which has previously been run across the South West and has had Clearcast approval. We require for the following: • Target audience of all adults over 25 years old • Universal household of approximately 60,000 households • Impressions of 390,000 over a 4 week period starting on 1 September • Includes Local Authority areas of Hastings, Eastbourne, Rother, Wealden & Lewes with the areas of Hastings and Eastbourne to receive more impressions.
