Tender description

The works comprise the following to the existing Magee block MG building  the refurbishment and remodelling of areas internally within block MG to create an extended 12 day competence test centre facility. This includes the following:  Refurbishment of areas internally  Demolition of partition walls and forming structural openings  Construction of new partition walls  Suspended ceiling system  Internal doors  Removal and replacement of existing floor finishes  Painting and decoration  Installation of furniture, fittings and equipment  Electrical and mechanical installation and modifications
