Brief Description of Requirement BEIS Government would like to procure an external consultant to collate, analyse and produce a report on the consultation responses received. The successful bidder will have a technical understanding of the EU ETS. The consultants will be responsible for the design and content of the report, addressing both quantitative and qualitative aspects from the consultation feedback, making sure it meets the aims and objectives within the prescribed timelines. This process will be done in consultation with the guidance and feedback of BEIS officials to ensure a final product that is fit for purpose. The report will support BEIS in promptly developing a thorough Government response to the consultation. The report may or may not be made public, either in part or in its entirety, and may be directly referenced in the Government response. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQdocument.
