Tender description
Trading Standard Contract - Cx & Trader Case Management A new approval scheme is being implemented and administered by Kent County Council for businesses. There will be a website which will be a one stop shop for both businesses, to keep up to date with their account, applications and yearly renewals and customers, to search for businesses within their area and for a specific job. This case management system will be required to retrieve and send information through API, to update the website as well as be able to monitor applications and renewals.
