Third-Party Intermediary to procure energy for NHS Property Services Limited

Tender description

Provision of a Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) to procure energy for NHS Property Services Limited (NHSPS). NHSPS maintains a preference for a flexible contract over fixed price, whilst also distancing itself from a portfolio-type arrangement in favour of bespoke supply agreements that suit its appetite for risk. The TPI will act on NHSPS' behalf in all matters relating to the procurement and awarding of electricity and gas supply contracts, up to, but excluding the acceptance of offers and entering into contract, which will be undertaken by an employee of NHSPS. The services to be provided shall cover the following: Energy Procurement Budget Forecasting - Annual with Quarterly updates Data Management for access to energy data Additional Services Energy Management services MOP management Power Purchase Agreements Demand Response / Frequency Response
