The Removal of Oil Tank and Site Clearance

Tender description

The site is to be cleared in preparation for installation of access roads, site wide infrastructure and certain future development plots. The original buildings on the site have previously been demolished, generally to ground floor slab level although an above ground oil tank, associated bases and bund, some storage/process tank bases, some miscellaneous concrete plinths, walls and small tanks remain above ground level. Large parts of the area are to be cleared and covered with concrete paving, rails (inset into the concrete paving) and various heaps of materials, all of which are to be removed off-site or to storage on-site as described further below.
