Tender for a Framework Agreement for Accommodation and Support for Living a Good Life

Tender description

The Council is seeking to engage with suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender to be awarded on to a Framework Agreement for accommodation and support for living a good life. The purpose of this tender exercise is to put in place a Framework Agreement with a number of service providers for the provision of safe and reliable, high quality support services that meet minimum standards as detailed within the service specification. The Framework Agreement shall be for the duration of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years which will be at the sole discretion of the Council. The existing provision comprises of 23 contracts with a large proportion due to expire between November 2019 and April 2020 with an estimated annual contract value of 10 200 000 GBP. All qualifying providers will be added to the framework and invited to bid for mini competitions or make a direct award during the framework period.
