Tender description
Legionella preventative monitoring and maintenance contract to mainly residential occupied properties, including older people occupancy. Bield Housing and Care is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out legionella preventative monitoring and maintenance to their housing stock which is predominantly housing for vulnerable older people and also a small number of factored properties, offices and community spaces in accordance with: The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, approvided code of practice and guidance L8 (Fouth Edition 2013) Technical Handbook HSG274 Part 2 and 3 BS8580:2010 The Scottish Water Bylaws 2004 A specification of the works is contained within the draft invitation to tender which has been downloaded to this portal.
