Tender description

Newcastle City Council require a software system that will provide a case management and information system to be used by diverse business areas within the Council. The system will facilitate the accurate recording of a wide range of cases from license management to planning development. The software will support the seamless interlinking between service areas to allow management to monitor and report on interactions between Council services and the public. In addition to the CMIS, the software must allow for the management of documents and integrate with a BS7666 gazetteer to facilitate an easy and intuitive address lookup system.
