Powys Teaching Health Board are keen to engage with supplier that are able to support the delivery of Wales LPMS which will: — provide and host a web-based IT system to collect and share the data, documents and associated workflows required to manage health and care research set-up and delivery in Wales, — support integration with UK, Welsh and local systems via an open architecture allowing the transfer of data and documents, — enable quick access to the stored research study record, its component parts and associated documents, — meet national standards CDISC, ICD-10, SNOMED, HL7 and FHIR, — have the flexibility to be configured to incorporate future changes, — provide a detailed audit trail of all access and updates to records, — be device agnostic.
