Tender description

Provision of security services in Nigeria. The FCO is seeking to procure the provision of security services in Nigeria, including operational support for travel requirements in neighbouring countries within the region. Services provided will include, but are not limited to: — guarding, — operations room, — quick reaction force, — technical support, — operational support covering neighbouring countries. The services will be delivered across a number of locations. To ensure the safety and security of HMG and other personnel who come under FCO duty of care in Nigeria (and neighbouring countries). We seek an experienced, capable and professional supplier to support the FCO in delivering its duty of care in a complex environment. All selection questionnaire (SQ) documentation will be published in several weeks’ time, and all substantive communication between the Authority and bidders will be conducted via the FCO’s e-Procurement portal (https://fco.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html). The SQ deadline is expected to be 23.8.2019, however the Authority retains the right to vary the scheduled timeline. Responses not submitted via the e-Procurement portal will not be considered.
