Tender description
Sefton Is seeking a placement for a young person aged 15 who is presently identifying as Female, however, ongoing work indicates Child A is fluid in Gender. The Young person is presently placed in Tier 4 Health provision and was admitted due to self harming but is now ready for discharge. We require a suitable placement to be located as soon as possible to allow for a smooth transition. Please see details on attached document. Keywords: Residential, Care, Placement
