Tender description

The Council is inviting tenders from recruitment agencies and others service providers who can deliver the requirement for inclusion in the participating Council's Building Trades Temporary Recruitment Agency Service Framework Agreement. It is the intention of the Councils that this tendering exercise shall result in a ranked Framework Agreement with between 3 and 5 service providers for each participating council, whose services shall be called upon as and when required. Each submission will only be evaluated once and rankings for each council will depend upon the service providers willingness/ability to deliver in each council area. The top-ranked service provider shall be given the opportunity to accept or decline commissions without penalty. Should the service provider accept, then the commissioning hourly rate stated in its offer shall apply, without adjustment. Should the top-ranked service provider decline, then the next ranked service provider shall be offered the commission.
