Rutland County Council and Melton Borough Council are looking to replace its Franking Machine via a 4 + 1 year lease agreement. Melton Borough Council and Rutland County Council Franking Machines serve the whole Councils and as such require a developed management and reporting system for optimal mail processing and reporting for recharging purposes to the departments.
