Tender description

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Councils are proposing to carry out a procurement exercise in the short to medium term (6 to 18 months) to satisfy their common need for software to support Building Control, Planning and related operations and services. The Councils are therefore undertaking consultations and gathering useful intelligence from existing, current suppliers of such software, through this exercise, to inform their specification document and procurement approach. Interested suppliers of such software are required to access the Councils' procurement portal at the link below (including further instructions below) to register their interest, access the Soft Market Test documentation and submit their responses before noon, Wednesday 7/08/2019. Additional information: Suppliers must register as a supplier or log in (if already registered) go to Response Manager follow the on screen instructions and add the following access code when prompted: 4HWS96N656. Suppliers should then continue to follow the on-screen instructions.
