Passenger boarding bridges for ships

Associated British Ports (ABP) intends to procure the design, manufacture, delivery and commissioning of a Sea Port Boarding Bridge (SPBB), for the Mill Bay Ferry Terminal at Plymouth Port, UK. The SPBB is the purpose designed machine capable of horizontal movement along the quay carrying the boarding pod and final link as well as the walkway which links to the interface walkway (supplied by others). The walkway can be lifted and lowered to provide access to the vessel door positions through all the states of the tide. All civils related works will be undertaken by others.
