Tender description

The Authority is seeking contractors to provide streaming services, both video and audio, on behalf of the HE and FE institutions in Scotland. It is intended that the streaming services will be used for educational purposes. Also included within the scope of this procurement is the provision online training services. Any Framework Agreement arising from this procurement exercise may be open for use by the UKUPC procurement consortia. The Authority is seeking contractors for the provision of streaming services. This agreement is open to members of Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC Ltd) and the following members of the UK Universities Procurement Consortia (UKUPC), and associated member institutions: — London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC), — North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC), — North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC), — Higher Education Purchasing Consortium Wales (HEPCW), — Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC).
