Tender description

Together Housing Group (THG) is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of legal services to support the activities of the Group. Suppliers appointed to the framework will be required to provide a comprehensive set of legal services and advice across a range of defined work streams. Each supplier will be required to provide a minimum of 95 % of all elements defined within the scope of all work streams. THG will seek to appoint a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 suppliers to its Framework Agreement. Firms appointed to the framework will act as preferred suppliers to THG in the provision of legal services, however appointment to the framework should not be considered to confer any guarantee of a minimum or overall level of work. THG requires the provision of a comprehensive range of legal services and advice across various work streams. In each work stream, the examples provided are indicative and should not be considered as an exhaustive list of the activity types which will be carried out. For each work stream you are required to confirm that you have the appropriate knowledge, capacity, technical expertise and experience of providing advice on these matters within the social housing sector.
