However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames are inviting tenders for the provision of Household Recycling, Waste Collection and Associated services. The proposed duration of the contract is ten (10) years (120 months) with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to a further ten (10) years (120 months). The estimated annual value of the contract is 6 million pounds (£6,000,000).
