Tender description
South East Consortium are seeking contractors to appoint to the heating and compliancy management framework. The framework is split into 5 separate lots. Lots 1 — 4 are for the framework, Lot 5 is a separate lot for a Housing Association. Lot 1: Heating and water hygiene (combined lot); Lot 2: Domestic heating — servicing, maintenance and installations; Lot 3: Commercial heating — servicing, maintenance and installations; Lot 4a: Water hygiene risk assessments; Lot 4b: Water hygiene remedial works; Lot 5: Gravesend Churches Servicing and Maintenance Contract.
