Tender description

Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent supplier for provision of landscape maintenance services at Lodge Hill in Chattenden, Kent. This contract is envisaged to have initial 2 year term with provision for further 1 year, plus 1 year, plus 1 year (5 years maximum total duration) extension under the same terms and conditions. Anticipated commencement date for the service is 1.9.2019. Suppliers shall ensure they have availability and capacity to commence and deliver the service within a timely manner. Typical planned services under this contract comprise of but are not exclusively limited to: site inspections; aquatic plant maintenance; shrub maintenance; grass cutting; hedge cutting; weed control; and cleansing. This contract is a performance based, the performance of which will be monitored via Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
