Tender description

This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. The aim of the third party monitoring component will be to: (a) provide assurances that our programmes are delivering; (b) provide actionable evidence to facilitate adaptation for our programmes or strategies; and (c) support the improvement of our implementing partners monitoring and evaluation systems. EME Objectives: (i) feedback on our approach; (ii) innovative ideas/different ways of working; and (iii) market interest in potentially bidding for work outlined above; (iv) it will also allow us to gain some insights from the market on lessons learned from conducting TPM in Somalia as we share our experiences under SMP 1 and 2; (v) feedback from the market will help us in shaping our terms of reference for the TPM output.
