This is a Prior Information Notice only. Publication and a call for competition will be conducted once scope of work is fully defined and approved by DFID. DFID will be holding an EME on 8.8.2019 for the Data, Accountability, Innovation and Research in Education programme (DAIRE). At this stage the design has not been finalised and as such DFID will be keen to solicit the views of the market regarding the most effective means of delivering the programme’s objectives. The programme will address the education issues at national level including innovations, research and data. The programme has 4 components to address key education issues. The programme will work with Federal Government of Pakistan along with the implementing partners to work on innovation, research, accountability and data.
