Cooling RFI

Tender description

We have two large Air Handling Units (AHU’s) on the roof which have been designed to provide cooling and additional heating to our three floored 45,000 Square foot building via the under floor ducting/vented design. Unfortunately the adiabatic system installed was never finished or commissioned and is now unusable. We require an indicative cost to install a DX coil into each AHU which can each supply at 50kw along with the associated condensers and electrical works. It should be assumed for the purposes of the this R.F.I that equipment can be delivered to the roof through the building via lifts, space for condensers is not an issue and electrical works are all fairly straight forward with appropriate capacity available within a near-by distribution board. The majority of the works can be completed within normal working hours. The Units and system type to be installed need to have the functionality to be easily adjusted and linked into a BMES in the future. Keywords: Air conditioning, cooling, DX coils
