Tender description

Askøy Municipality invites tenderers who can document qualification and capacity for a process guide for construction projects based on a subsequent contest, with interaction between the Contracting Authority (builder) and a group consisting of engineering designers and a contractor. The first project as a process guide is planned to be guidance for Askøy Municipality's procurement of a new sports building, which will include a double sports hall (2 hand ball sized pitches) and a swimming pool, from the start-up of the project to the completed preliminary project. There will be an option project for a process guide for the construction of Erdal Primary School and the extension of Erdal Secondary School, in addition to and expansion of the extent for the abovementioned project. This area currently has a secondary school, the current Askøy Hall (sports centre and swimming pool), and Askøy Sixth Form College. Askøy Sixth Form College will be extended and renovated in the period 2020 to 2024. The first construction stage starts in June 2020 under the aegis of the County. According to the plan, the sports halls and swimming pool will be constructed in the period 2022 to 2024, with estimated completion in 2024, at the same time that the sixth form college is completed. The current Askøy Hall will be in operation until the new sports centre is ready, after which it is to be demolished. Before this project, the 'workshop building' for the sixth form college is to be demolished. The new sports centre will be constructed on this site. There is a current political decision on the room programme. This includes hand ball pitches, with free heights of 9 and 15 metres respectively. Climbing wall, height 15 m, and a gym. Pool 25 x 15,5 m, learning pool 12 x 8,5 m with a bottom that can be raised/lowered. The total project has been awarded 215 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. There can be more functions than those listed above.
