Tender description
Lancashire County Council intends to develop a Framework Agreement to appoint suppliers who can deliver teams and necessary equipment to deliver traditional surfacing, surface patching, hand patching and hot rolled asphalt chipper's, to supplement the Authoritie's own highways work force as required. Full paving team, including a paver machine. Machine patching team including a mini paver. Machine patching team including a full size carriageway paver. Hand patching team. Hot rolled asphalt chipper and team.
