Tender description

Professional cleaning services for twenty four sites including Merton Civic Centre and other corporate offices, libraries, children’s day centres, community centres and youth centres, and includes window cleaning for both low, and high rise buildings which is currently cleaned by abseil. The contract will cover the provision of professional cleaning services for a variety of the Authority’s buildings including Merton civic centre, libraries, youth centres, children’s and community centres and other corporate buildings. The tender requires bids from appropriate professional and technically qualified contractors, which will be evaluated against pre-determined criteria. The London Borough of Merton will select one provider to undertake the entire service as a single contract.
