Newcastle City Council (the Council) is seeking to put into place a single provider contract for the servicing, treatment and disposal of separate materials collected from the City's three Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC). The Contract period is for 24 months subject to performance with a further 2 x 12 month options to extend, again subject to performance.
