Tender description

The Trust is looking for a supplier to provide half day face to face appraisal training for identified staff to enable the new ways of working to be embedded into the organisation. It is expected the total number of delegates per half day training will be up to 16 (256 staff per year) Courses are to be delivered between September 2019 – August 2022. It is anticipated the Supplier will deliver approximately 16 sessions during the first year. Any subsequent courses will be booked as and when required by the Trust. The first four sessions have been provisionally booked to take place on the dates below: • 17th September 2019 (2 x half day sessions held at Barton Mills, Suffolk) • 3rd December 2019 (2 x half day sessions held at Chelmsford, Essex) Future course dates have not yet been confirmed and the Trust will provide a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for any future sessions.
