Tender description
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to contribute to the improvement of the Eastwood ward by releasing an underused site to the market and introducing additional residential accommodation. The Council wishes to appoint a developer partner to design a housing led scheme which can be taken forward to planning and delivered on site.
