Tender description

As part of it’s wider out of hospital transformation programme and in line with the 10 year plan the Dudley system is seeking to transform its urgent and emergency care pathways to deliver the goals of the MCP initiative with a clear focus on improving health outcomes and reducing emergency admissions into hospital. The continued volume of patients accessing urgent and emergency care at the hospital and the current (tariff based) funding model leaves The Dudley Group NHS FT with a significant sustainability challenge. The local system however has limited resource. In addition, the Trust has been successful in attracting £20.3m of capital to redesign its front door. Invitations are sought to bid to work with the Trust and system partners to support a transformation programme to review urgent and emergency care pathways and the associated funding model to deliver improved outcomes and secure sustainable services.
