Tender description

The works comprise the following to the existing Coleraine Library building (block I)  the refurbishment of key public areas internally  the demolition of two office areas  the refurbishment of an existing teaching room The works comprise the following to the existing Coleraine Entrance Foyer (block I and F)  the refurbishment of key public areas internally They include the following:  Removal and replacement of existing floor finishes and replacement with new carpet  Painting and decoration  Creation of new internal openings and the installation of new aluminium powder coated glazed screens  Alterations to existing shelving  The installation of timber panelling to a balustrade soffit  Electrical modifications - mostly related to the provision / alteration of lighting, power and data  Mechanical works – mostly related to adjustments to existing heating, ventilation and BMS alterations
