To deliver combined level 1 and 2 Bikeability cycle training

Tender description

We require a contractor to deliver combined level 1 and 2 Bikeability cycle training on behalf for Luton Borough Council for the period of September 2019 to March 2020. The contractor would be offed the option to continue beyond this set period subject to funding and satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The Contactor will be delivering combined level 1 and 2 Bikeability cycle training to schools booked by Luton Borough Council. The training will be 75% funded from the DfT Bikeability grant and 25% funded by the school. The training course will be delivered of 5 sessions – each session 2 hours long. The group size will be up to 36 trainees, two groups per week. The contractor will not be expected to book the cycle training with the schools or provide award materials. The contactor will be expected to provide clear records of the achievements of the pupils trained for Bikeability monitoring. The contractor must be a registered Bikeability scheme and must be able to prove all instructors are registered with the Bikeability Trust and have valid cycle trainer qualifications.
