Tender for Wind Tunnel — Lot 1 (Design and Build), Lot 2 (Build from Design)

Tender description

Swansea University's College of Science has a requirement for a wind tunnel for testing living birds. With this system, the bird sets its own wings to fly in the tunnel. The size and speed of the tunnel are designed to provide natural flying conditions for any bird that might be used. The tender is split in to 2 lots, although only one lot will be awarded on the basis of MEAT (the Most Economically Advantageous Tender) between the top scoring tender across both lots.
