Tender description
Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) are setting up an 'Open Framework' which will re-open at regular intervals. We expect to re-open annually, but it may open at other intervals at the discretion of the Councils. The open framework is for an initial period of three (3) years, with options to extend for 3 further periods of two (2) years and a period of one (1) year. Therefore the maximum contract period is ten (10) years (3 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1). The Councils estimate that the total value will be between 55 000 000 GBP and 100 000 00 GBP. Other Authorities may call-off this open framework — see ITT document Paragraphs 1.3.7 and 1.3.8.
