Tender description
The Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell wishes to appoint 1 contractor to provide a direct payments support service to include a payroll service, a managed accounts service and a recruitment support. 1 contractor will be required to provided all 3 elements of the direct payments support service. Tenderers should note that the Council has set the rates for each element of the service, which are outlined in the invitiation to tender documentation. The duration of the contract will be 3 years from 6.4.2020 to 5.4.2023 with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years, 6.4.2023 to 5.4.2024 and 6.4.2024 to 5.4.2025. The Council intends to use an evaluation model based solely on quality. The criteria, on which the tender will be evaluated, inclusive of weighting attached to each, are included in the invitation to tender documentation. Closing date: 7.8.2019 at 12:00. Please see ITT documentation. Please note this is a fixed price procurement, and therefore quality has a weighting of 100 %.
