RFI ONLY for AHDB mobile and telephony requirements. This is for information gathering and does not guarantee a contract with a single supplier. Closing date is midday on the 12th July 2019. For access to this RFI, please email Sarah.Jackson@ahdb.org.uk AHDB is looking for one supplier or a partnership\collaboration to deliver the following aims in which should as a minimum deliver: Mobile telephony solution • UK wide mobile network coverage that enables devices to connect to the strongest mobile network regardless of carrier. • Ability to amortise new device costs over the length of the contract • Self-service support portal for end users and admins • Online billing service for end users • International roaming solution that enables devices to connect to the strongest mobile network regardless of carrier, and also the most cost-effective. • Shared data allowance across all MPN's • Wi-Fi calling Telephony service & system • Full migration of all of AHDBs current DDI numbers\ranges into a new solution • Zero charges for internal voice calls • Office365\Exchange Online\Skype & Teams Integration • Switchboard management • A solution for live audio contributions to the media\broadcasters. • Incoming and outgoing call reporting • Call recording\sharing • Electronic Fax to Email Service • Voicemail Mobile & VoIP Device Hardware • iOS devices that will be added to Apple's DEP by the supplier • A range of physical desk phones that can integrate with the solution Unified and Intelligent Communications • User status\presence • Office365\Exchange Online\ Skype & Teams\Microsoft Dynamics (On-Premise and Online) Integration • Corporate phone book • Caller identification Additional information: To gain access to document, please email Sarah.jackson@ahdb.org.uk and quote 2019-368
