Tender description
The Council is looking to procure Responsive Crisis Provision for young people aged 16+. The Council requires a range of placements to meet the needs of children and young people in care. The Council is seeking to commission a supported accommodation service to provide crisis accommodation and support for young people aged 16+. It is intended that this service is iterative in nature; developing and adapting over the period of the contract with system partners, to refine the service offer according to the needs of the young people placed. The demand for these types of placements is low, therefore initially we are seeking to work with a provider or providers who can provide two houses, and develop a bank staff offer, which can be set up at short notice, with staff deployed as and when needed.
