ESB Networks Ltd. intends to procure a framework contract for Regulated Energy Assurance Services for the Retail Market Design Service (RMDS). Retail Market Design Service is the “ringfenced” function within ESB Networks responsible for all aspects of the retail electricity market design on behalf of the Commission for Energy Regulation.
