Further information about the existing arrangements can be found in the PMC document available at www.yortender.co.uk The purpose of this PMC is to ask the market if it can deliver the contract as it is currently being delivered including maintaining a source separated collection service. The Authority also wants to understand what preference the market has for the term of the contract and if there are any preferred financial models.
