Provision of an Integrated Housing System

Tender description

The Strategic Housing Service within London Borough of Lewisham currently provides most of its core strategic housing services via two main IT systems. These are Civica Abritas which is used to manage applications to the housing register and its choice based lettings service and CDPSoft which manages housing advice, homelessness applications and the supported housing pathway. In addition to these the Temporary Accommodation procurement team employs a system of excel spreadsheets to manage the services associated with public sector leasing, bed and breakfast accommodation and resettlement. The non-integrated nature of the Strategic Housing Department's two main IT systems and their lack of functionality mean the full range of housing services aren't currently adequately supported by software. A requirement has been identified for a single integrated system to encompass the full range of housing services.
