*************************************** Please note EXISTING PROVIDERS DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A SUBMISSION TO THE RE-OPENING OF THE PROVIDER PANEL. *********************************************** The Council on behalf of itself and other bodies is seeking further potential providers of Individual Care Packages of Domiciliary Care and Continuing Healthcare Packages for Adults, Children and Young People under this Framework Agreement for the Provision of Spot Purchases for Domiciliary Care Services and Continuing Healthcare Packages.
