Project-management services other than for construction work

Tender description

A suitably qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and independent consultant is sought to provide specialist strategic project management services to the Council: — through strategic project management to work collaboratively with the Council and the Elvaston Castle and Gardens Trust and produce a fully researched and financially sustainable project plan proposal for Phase One of regeneration at Elvaston Castle, — to develop a strong development stage funding bid to appropriate funding bodies, — at the end of the development stage to produce a review of the development stage bid submission position, and a project plan proposal for the consequent delivery stage proposal requirements, and provide a consequent ongoing strategic project management service to develop delivery stage funding bid submissions, — to ensure that the bid outcomes are fully deliverable with a view to further project bids in the future to complete the overall regeneration of Elvaston Castle.
