Tender description

The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of employer’s agent services on behalf of Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust (BMHT), the Council’s housing developer. The Framework Agreement will be awarded by 2 lots as follows: Lots 1 and 2: combined 1100 units of traditional build housing across a range of sites – large and small. (550 units per Lot); Lot 3: 100 units of non-traditional properties on sites of mainly under 15-20 units. Employer’s agent services are required to provide full project management services for the development of the above and the services to be provided include the following: — project management, — programme management, — architectural services, — principal designer, — engineering services, — party wall surveying, — quantity surveying, — clerk of works, — landscape clerk of works, — liaison between the Council and contractor(s). Combined 1100 units of traditional build housing across a range of sites – large and small. (550 units per lot). 100 units of non-traditional properties on sites of mainly under 15-20 units.
