The City Council is in the process of preparing a new Local Plan up to 2036 and wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) and Gypsy and Traveller Accommodation Assessment (GTAA) survey of that part of the District which lies outside the South Downs National Park Area.
