Tender description

Plymouth City Council holds an annual budget of c£160k to deliver NEET engagement activities and study programme provision to young people 16-19, or up to age 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Plymouth City Council wishes to use this funding allocation to procure, from a high quality provider, a contract to develop and deliver an offer combining both NEET engagement activity and a small range of full and part-time courses. All provision will be subject to Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) rules and regulations (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/16-to-19-education-funding-guidance) for 16-19 year old funding allocations.
